Terms of Service:
By using or placing an order on www.failureinternational.com you agree to our terms of service. These terms may change or be updated at any time, so please check this page regularly.

All products are made to order, please allow 2 - 4 business days for production and shipment.

All sales final. Due to orders being sent to production shortly after they have been processed, we are not able to edit or cancel them. If you need to update your address, please contact the postal provider once you receive your tracking information. We also may be able to help you resolve the issue, but by contacting the postal provider first you ensure the error is updated ASAP.

No returns/refunds unless order arrives defective, incorrect or is lost in transit. 

In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us due to an error on our end, we will ship it back out to you free of charge. However, orders that are returned to us due to customer error (eg. providing an incorrect address at checkout, not picking up package from post office etc.) are subject to a flat rate reshipment fee (USA: $5.99, Canada: $9.99, International: $14.99).

If your items are no longer available, or if there was an issue while processing your order, we will advise you of this as soon as possible and await your response to proceed, change or cancel and refund your order.
