Thank you for supporting Failure International. By using or placing an order on www.failureinternational.com, you agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated occasionally, so please review them regularly.
Customer Support:
For any questions or order inquiries, please contact us at help@failureinternational.com. Our other email addresses are not monitored by our support team and messages sent there may not receive a response. If your query is related to an order, please include your order number or the email associated with the order.
Processing & Fulfillment:
Please allow up to 3 business days for production and shipment. All our products are made to order. During peak times such as holidays or periods of high demand, fulfillment may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
Design sizing may vary slightly between garment sizes to maintain optimal fit. Failure International neck tags are subject to availibility and are included when stock allows. Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screens and printing processes.
Orders flagged as high-risk by our payment processor may be canceled and refunded to prevent fraud.
Address Changes:
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact your postal provider directly once you receive tracking information. You may also notify us at help@failureinternational.com but contacting the carrier first typically results in the fastest resolution as we have limited control once the package has been handed to them.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. However, if your order arrives with a defect, or you receive the wrong or a missing item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at help@failureinternational.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Because our products are made to order, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please refer to the size chart carefully before purchasing.
Shipping Issues & International Orders:
We know how disappointing it can be when a package goes missing or is stolen. While we’re only able to offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive defective or with something missing, we’re always happy to help however we can. If your package doesn’t arrive, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider to file a claim using your tracking or waybill number, and feel free to contact us if you need support during the process.
If your order is returned to us because of an error on our part, we will gladly reship it at no cost.
If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), a flat-rate reshipment fee applies:
- USA: $5.99
- Canada: $9.99
- International: $14.99
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not included at checkout and may be collected upon delivery. We are not liable for delays or additional fees caused by customs processing.
Out of Stock Items:
If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer options to substitute, cancel, or refund the item.
